Interesting...but once the under 45s are over 45 will what they value change? I would say yes. Methinks 'more clearly defined values' could be changed to 'over-opinionated' as I certainly was when younger (and I believe any given generation, if being honest, would have the same self-reflection). And does business go where the money is? I would say yes. Still, some valid points and I enjoyed the article, thanks.
